I have been training here for the last 4 years but decided I needed new ideas and some help to really achieve my goals so 2 months ago, I started to train with Max and I have just had such an incredible outcome from this. I’ve lost over a stone in weight and I am now even seeing my body change for the better. Extremely helpful and useful advice from a lovely person who genuinely wants to help. Could not recommend highly enough!
It took me a while to find a personal trainer who could fit me in due to their other commitments., but luckily I had the good fortune to find Max. I have been working with Max since the beginning of July and the transformation has been amazing. As well as putting me through my paces with an exercise program Max also helps with nutritional advice. I have completely changed the way I eat. Fuelling my body properly to help achieve my weight loss goals. Max is always very motivational during workouts always making me push that little bit harder to achieve good results. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good personal trainer.

Probably the best hotel in the area, very impressive setting, well maintained facilities, well trained staff... In the event of a zombie apocalypse it's well isolated, good lines of sight all around. Well provisioned, you could do well here. Fresh water might become an issue at some point... there are only so many water hazards on the golf course to drink dry...
We had a comfortable but somewhat disappointing visit for a spa day and one night in an Executive Room. The spa was clean and pleasant, living up to what was advertised online. It was a relaxing space and my massage was pretty good. My partner was pleased with her manicure too. The room itself was good, very spacious and nicely decorated with a big comfy bed. We were really disappointed that we'd been allocated an accessible bathroom which didn't match what we'd seen online. It is of course fantastic that the hotel offers these bathrooms for guests who need them, but we were disappointed when we opened the door expecting a nice bath and shower and were met with a lino covered bathroom with accessible folding seats and wheelchair height sinks. There was no indication at any point while booking that we would have this kind of bathroom and it wasn't a relaxing space to use at all. There were no other rooms available to switch us to and we weren't offered any compensation. Service was really up and down - everyone was really polite but there were a few moments when we felt things were quite disorganised. The service at the bar was really lacklustre and uncommunicative. The restaurant for dinner was really excellent in terms of food and service, and breakfast was also good except that my partner's breakfast arrived without her eggs and despite us asking a few times and being told they were on their way they never arrived. The staff were apologetic but again there was no compensation or alternative offered to us. There were just several times where we felt the place was a bit disorganised or we hadn't received what we were led to expect.
